Iranian militias have reportedly seized more civilians’ homes in the cities of Palmyra and Sukhna, east of Homs, after forcibly evicting their residents, leaving them destitute, after the expiry of the period ‘granted’ by these militias to the local people, under the pretext that there are no official papers proving their ownership of these properties, or any lease contracts certified by the relevant government departments between the owners of these properties and the tenants.

The road to Al Quds apparently runs through Kyiv, with the Iranian regime’s Lebanese ‘resistance’ affiliate Hezbollah dispatching fighters to the city and elsewhere in Ukraine to fight for Russia in a deal with the infamous Russian Wagner Group.

According to a report published by Russian opposition newspaper Novaya Gazeta, the Russian mercenary group run by ‘Putin’s chef’ Yevgeny Prigozhin, has persuaded the Iranian regime’s Lebanese militia, Hezbollah, to participate in the Russian war against Ukraine.

Russian sources confirmed that Moscow has tested an upgraded version of its ‘Lancet’ suicide drones in Syria, adding this weapon to the series of weapons that Russia is testing over Syrian territory.

Russian media quoted an informed Russian military source as saying that “in the framework of these tests, a new version of the Lancet-3 suicide plane was used several times by Russian military units against terrorist sites in Syria”. This is the term used by the Kremlin for all Russian targets in Syria, including schools and hospitals.

Russia believes it is wholly unacceptable to try to justify the death of women due to the indiscriminate use of force through identifying them as so-called ‘collateral damage’ in conflict, according to Russia’s First Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Dmitry Polyansky.

According to Russian state media organ TASS, Polyansky told a meeting of the UN Security Council on Tuesday, "Of serious concern are cases of the deaths and injuries of women, including as a result of indiscriminate or excessive use of force."

Finnish President Sauli Niinisto today cited Mr. Realpolitik himself, Henry Kissinger, on the dangers of appeasement, quoting from Kissinger's 1957 book, 'A World Restored': “Whenever avoidance of war has been the primary objective of a group of powers, the international system has been at the mercy of its most ruthless member.”

The Action Group for Palestinians of Syria has confirmed that at least 1,800 Palestinian detainees are among the people imprisoned in the Syrian regime’s network of both public and secret prisons, where they are subjected to various types of torture.

Washington has reportedly reprimanded its Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) allies in northeast Syria for holding up banners depicting the leader of the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), Abdullah Ocalan, during rallies in the SDF-controlled area.

The PKK has reportedly designated the village of Tal Ziwan located on the Qamshli-Al-Qahtaniyah road near the Syrian-Turkish border as the headquarters for PKK leaders coming from Mount Qandil in northern Iraq.

Nidal Ibo, a former financial official in the ‘Autonomous Administration’ in north Syria, whose family, including his wife and children, have been detained by the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in an effort to stop him reporting SDF crimes, has revealed information about the organization’s massive financial deals, particularly concerning oil trafficking and the revenues from it.
