Jan 06, 2016

A group of distinguished Islamic experts and jurists have launched the International Observatory for Documenting and Prosecuting the Crimes of Iran. Algerian Dr.Anwar Malek was appointed as the new Paris-based organisation's president, with another prominent Algerian official, Dr. Ismail Khalaf Allah, appointed as its legal director.

The organisation's founders vowed that the new body would do everything in its power to pursue legal action against Iranian officials for their crimes against humanity and war crimes in Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, Ahwaz, Iraq and other locations, adding tht they will closely monitor the mullahs' crimes against Iranian citizens and minorities, as well as those against other peoples. They added that they will also be closely watching Iranian media based in Europe for their routine "infringements against the sanctity of other groups."

Dr. Malek, who was a member of a team of international observers who visited Syria at the beginning of the Syrian Revolution, has already helped to expose a number of the Assad regime's crimes against the Syrian people.
